D.P. wants to know,"How do you compromise when "She" doesn't like to watch any violence in movies, or on TV for that matter. The only thing that "She's" interested in is chic flicks."Hmmm...that's a tough one.
It's actually even tougher than you guys may think because those two doesn't live together so their time together is valuable.
One Single suggested "Man Cave!" That won't work because they got together that evening for the sole purpose of spending time together, not doing things separately.
J.R. says that chic flicks aren't all that bad, but you should start by finding actors that you both like and then take it from there. Very sound advice, J.R. Something that I never thought that I could hear myself saying to you... I guess we are evolving. :)
D.P. says that he doesn't mind taking his I-Pad into another room to watch "his show" but that doesn't help because we want our quality time; and keep in mind, we still need our "Attention".
I say that it if is a show that you can put off until another time, something that airs 20 times a week like Love and Hip Hop or Dance Moms, I opt to lay in bed cuddled beside my man while he watches all of the guns and violence that he can stomach.
You have got to compromise! That's the name of the game.
